CC2530: What is the content of CHVER register according to CC2530 chip revision ?

I am using several CC2530F256 with different chip revision and I would like to read by FW the chip revision with CHVER register but I did not find association table between chip revision (A, B, C, ...) and CHVER register content. Is it possible to obtain this table for TI ?

I am investigating evolutions on commercialized products with CC2530, some of them built one year ago (CC2530 rev. G), others built several years ago. I just need association table between chip revision (A, B, C, ...) and CHVER register content. Thanks.

Hi Yves,

The CC2530 CHVER register uses 0xSm revision style where is S is major revision and m is minor. CHVER 0x22 is revision E and was released in 2009. Since then 0x23 / F was released in 2012 and 0x24 / G in 2013.
