CC2530: Bitmap 40-64 not working

Hi,

I've noticed that Bitmap 32 seems to be the max value for an attribute. If I try to report an attribute of Bitmap 48, no value is sent out. What prevents the CC2530 from reporting a value greater than Bitmap 32?

You can see the difference in the logs attached.

I believe it's still zclGetDataTypeLength issue. There is no case to handle ZCL_DATATYPE_BITMAP48.

I tried setting a length greater than 4 (ZCL_DATATYPE_BITMAP32's length) such as 8 (for ZCL_DATATYPE_BITMAP64). I looked at the logs, but the attribute seems to be restricted to only a length of 4. How can I fix this?

You can compare this log with the Bitmap 32 log.

I see it shows 8 bytes correctly in your sniffer log.

For the Bitmap 64, I had tried sending out:

test.addr1 = 0;
test.addr2 = 0;
test.addr3 = 0;
test.addr4 = 0x0003;

Each value is a uint16. I don't see the value being displayed correctly in Ubiqua. (Note this is the value I used for the log attached)

However for Bitmap 32, when I tried sending:

test.addr1 = 0;
test.addr2 = 0x0003;

Each value is a uint16. I see the correct value in Ubiqua. (Note this is NOT the values used for the log I attached earlier).

I believe there is something wrong in your code to assign bitmap 64 and send it.

I suppose you should use a 8 byte array to keep and send ZCL_DATATYPE_BITMAP64 instead of using this srcAddr_t structure point.

I tried the below, but the value is still incorrect.

I suggest you todebug/trace into your code and see what's filled into send buffer.

Inside zcl.c, did you add the case ZCL_DATATYPE_BITMAP64/ZCL_DATATYPE_BITMAP48 inside the zclSerializeData() function?
