yes, I want to see voltage level of a pin on cc2530 with oscop to be sure on sending data with transmitter, so I thought it can be ok by adding a command in sending loop, is it true? could u please help in adding?

This sounds not like PWM. Do you mean to blink LED or toggle a GPO pin when you send a command?

You can use API HalLedBlink to blink LED for such purpose.

I don't have board, so I don't have leds and just wanna to toggle a pin on module (e.g. p.0.4 or p.0.5 on cc2530)and see its pin toggle with osiloscop ,
I thought I should use something like (GPIO_SET/GPIO_TOG), but I don't know how should I add in this loop?

in sampleswitch I found   (#define SAMPLESW_TOGGLE_TEST_EVT   0x1000)  and I don't understood where should I add HallLedBlink?

You can put it anywhere your application want to do LED blink.

I did all them , debug and load each sample (samplelight and sampleswitch) on a module and set them but when I run the samplelight on second module, didn't get any voltage on p0.4, and it seems the switch module sends nothing or second one gets nothing,
when I'm testing,the 2 modules are near together, so I thought it isn't necessary to use antenna on them, maybe is it because of this?

I suggest you to setup sniffer to check what happens over the air.

1. Anyway, you will need a CC2531 usb dongle or LAUNCHXL-CC2650 to act as sniffer to sniff over the air messages sent by your CC2503 PA1.

are samples in zstack3.0 containing znp ?  I mean , before debugging samples on cc2530s, is it necessary to load and debug  znp on modules ? 

There’s ZNP examples in Z-Stack 3.0. If you mean to debug ZNP, you have to download it to your CC2530.
