I don't know which value is more suitable for fingerprint unlock.

If you don’t find suitable operation event code, you can define your own.

As YK had mentioned, it is probably most appropriate to simply add your manufacturer specific 'Fingerprint Unlock' command to your particular cluster.

When adding the command, make sure you set the manufacturer specific bit in the frame control field.
