is AES engine on CC2538 is certified?

if so where can i get certificate if the same?

We have given our product for Crypto Validation, which is been asking for Crypro certicate for CC2538's Crypto engine

We use a third party module where the company delivering the IP claim that the AES module behave according to given standard but we have not run a third party evaluation of the AES on the chip. Normally it should not be needed with a certificate for the AES module when you want to certify your product since it's possible to use the AES module wrong or crypto is used wrong in the code.

Our Evaluation agency is asking CAVS number for the AES block Used.

Sorry, we don't have a CAVS number for the AES module.
