CC2652R: Zigbee HUB to Multi Endnode Communication Packet lost

Hi Team,

We are using CC2652 Launchpads for ZIGBEE Communication. We are Created Network like One HUB and 6 ENDNODE's. Now my Issues is when i am Sending HUB to ENDNODES with delay, Packets transferring properly. But when i am send command at time to all ENDNODE's from HUB, Some of Packet are losing. i am notable to understand what will be the issue. Please Guide me on this.

Note: We are using the CC2652R Zigbee SDK

Does your ENDNODE mean sleeping end device? If so, you need to send packets one by one since the sleeping end device might be in sleeping and miss your messages.

Thanks for Response, We are not using any sleep mode for ENDNODE's

Do you mean your device is receiver always on device? If so, how fast do you send data to them? I suggest you to use sniffer to check what happens over the air.

Enddevices are always on. I will check on the Sniffer Tool...

If you have sniffer log, you can attach it and elaborate your issue with it.

Hi Rayn,

I am attaching the One HUB and Two Node Ubiqua Sniffer log as text (rename to cubx format). HUB's 1st Connected node is 0xB7A7 and 2nd one is 0xC18C. After 2178 Packet, 0xC18C is stop responding. Please Check what will be the Error

Hi venkatesh,

The capture you sent is 2k packets long and the last packets still indicate a stable connection with 0xC18C and 0xB7A7. Please re-capture and send again, providing comments on the packets where you see the issue if possible. What examples are you using from the SIMPLELINK-CC26X2-SDK Zigbee Plugin and what modifications have been made?
