Linux/CC2530: Linux GW not responds to user inputs

I'm running Z-Stack Linux Gateway on my raspberry pi 3 b+ with a custom CC2530 board connected to serial port. On my network I have 10 ZED and 2 ZR connected to ZC network. All my ZED's transmit temperature value every 5 minutes to ZC using attribute reporting method. My gateway seems to run ok in the beginning but after few hours I don't see the temperature value reported to my ZC. On debugging I found my Linux Gateway stuck in an unusable state and refuses to accept any user inputs or ZED messages.

I have taken snapshot of my Zigbee GW console application and verbose output of other servers running in the background. Please help to resolve this issue.

Console screen shows a timeout error when running permit join request

When the GW become unresponsive to user inputs I try to issue a system_send_reset_request command using 'x' key and I see Network manager server exits. When I invoke again all the server the gateway goes back to working state and start receiving temperature measurement data from all ZED's.

It looks like your ZNP is not responding to Z-Stack Linux GW when you see this issue. Which Z-Stack ZNP version do you use on your CC2530 and what modification do you do to it?

I use Z-Stack_3.0.1 on ZNP, Other than add PA/LNA support I have not made any modification.

Z-Stack Linux Home GW is for HA profile and I suggest you to use ZNP project in Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a for your ZNP FW base.

I have seen your post on 660 Zigbee devices on same network. I'm curios on what kind of modification are done in order to make it work. Would you be sharing the procedure any time soon?

I get this error when I use Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.44539 ZNP FW along with the following modification for PA/LNA support

znpCfg1 = ZNP_CFG1_UART; on onBoard.c and adding proper defies for HAL_PA_LNA_CC2592

Do you add ENABLE_MT_SYS_RESET_SHUTDOWN to your ZNP project? By the way, if you connect your modified ZNP to Ztool, does it work?

I enabled ENABLE_MT_SYS_RESET_SHUTDOWN and compiled ZNP. But I get segmentation fault error on network manager please see the image attached below

I suggest you to debug why your ZNP cannot be found on ZTool.

Yes but my ZED could not able to join the ZC network whereas the ZR were able to join the network. ZC and ZR are closing network for the ZED's. Please find the attached sniffer log for reference.

FYI my ZED uses Z-Stack 3.0.1 as is base firmware.

In your sniffer log, the ZC and ZR respode beacon frame with permit join disable. You should enable permit join to allow device to join.

My ZED are based on Z-Stack 3.0.1 whereas the ZC ZNP is based on ZHA 1.2. Does it create any difference in the network? Or it is not an issue to use this kind of configuration.
