i'm unable to proceed with download and debug option,since it is showing a "Fatal error:No debug probe found connected'

how can I solve this?please help

I don't know that DK is, but I use CC2538EM

Can you take a picture to show me how you connect XDS100v3 debugger to CC2538EM? By the way, what SW do yo try to download to CC2538EM?

My guess is that you are trying to program the CC2538 with a standalone CC2538EMK when you really need to have it connected to a SMARTRF06EBK for the on-board XDS100v3 flash programmer/debugger. http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/swru348/swru348.pdf

They are connected to GSM module to send the message of received data.
could you please tell about the error,do i need to reinstall the xds100v3 driver?

When you connect red/blue lines, I see you remove one of Bypass XDS100v3 jumpers and I think that causes the issue. Please recover the jumper and test again.
