I want to use cc2592 with cc2652.

Can I use any of CC2652 pin for PA_EN, LNA_EN, HGM pins of cc2592?

or I have to specific pins ?

Any DIO can be used.

cc1352 cost is higher then cc2652+cc2592.
And I am using cc2652 for end device application so I will purchage in bulk quantity so I will get it cheaper. and cc2592 is anyways not much costly.

why do you want to recommand cc1352 over cc2652 any other /specific reason??

TX/RX power consumption of CC1352P is less than CC2652+CC2592.

my router is external powered so no power constraints.
