Compiler/CC2530: send data

I suppose this depends on the clusters and attributes utilized, for the default example the ZCL_CLUSTER_ID_GEN_ON_OFF cluster and no attributes other than ATTRID_CLUSTER_REVISION (mandatory for all cluster instances) so you can use all ZCL_ON_OFF functions from zcl_general.h, including zclGeneral_SendOnOff_CmdOff, zclGeneral_SendOnOff_CmdOn, zclGeneral_SendOnOff_CmdToggle, and zclGeneral_SendOnOff_CmdOnDuration. These function macros eventually become an AF_DataRequest.
