In the datasheet, it said that there are two UART, but I don't know which pins are used to UART ?

You can choose any IO pins as UART.

So, is it same to use PMW,ADC,Interrupt funtions pins ? For any IO can be used to PMW,ADC,Interrupt funtions ?

PWM is OK but ADC has specific pins. You can refer to data sheet for details.

All of pins from DIO23 to DIO30 support ADC. Other IO pins don't.
