HI

We are planning using a CC2538NF53RTQR Zigbee controller on our new design of product.

We are looking at initial proposals for manufacturing test of the product, with boundary scan testing being one option. I am looking to see if there is a BSDL file available for this device? I can’t seem to see one on the website?
