CC2531: Unable to send unicast packet to end device since route discovery is suppressed in the unicast packet

Hi,

I am trying to send a unicast packet from coordinator to an end device through router but the packet is not delivered to the end device. It goes till router and then not routed to end device while end device sends data request continuously to router.

My setup consists of three ZNP devices: Coordinator(ZNP) ----> Router(ZNP) -----End Device(ZNP).

I am suspecting route discovery feature in nwk header is 0x00-suppressed. Could you please let me know if this need to be enabled and how can we enable it?

Which Z-Stack version do you use and can you attach sniffer to elaborate your issue?

Hi Rajneesh,

What purpose does your application have for using three ZNPs? This is not a recommended network topology. Are all three Zigbee devices Z-Stack 3.0.1 CC2531 ZNPs? How do you control the commissioning of each into the network? I notice that your sniffer log is completely void of TCLK and NWK key transportation but there is a successful Device Announce ACK, how do you set up the keys?
