CC2538: Error Occurred while flashing the code

It’s recommended to use XDS110 v3 to debug/Program CC2538.

Hi Vijay,

Check the Debugger -> I-jet Project Settings in IAR and make sure that the correct Interface is selected. What specific debugger hardware is used and are you evaluating a TI EVM or custom PCB?

I have checked the I-jet interface settings. I am using IAR I-jet debugger (SN:85348, Ver:B) and custom PCB.

If not a TI EVM then we will need a schematic to further evaluate your design and hardware connections.

Actually there is no problems in the design and hardware connections. Before the board was running with this debugger. Once I removed the connections and again I connected then only I am getting an error like Fatal Error: Failed to connect to CPU. Session Aborted.

The current debug session will be aborted if you disconnect the debugger, at which point you will have to select "Debug without Downloading" to restart the session. Are you able to program the device reliably?

I have made some changes in board connections and now the code is debugging. But I have got an one more while debugging that is

A fatal error has occurred. The debugger will terminate.

I am using IAR I-jet dubugger. Fisrt I build my code and debug and download. Then I am getting that fatal error.

The following line is my error message on IAR workspace:

Verification error at 0x0027C010: mem = 0x00, file = 0xFF

C:\Program Files (x86)\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 7.5\arm\config\debugger\TexasInstruments\CC2538.dmac(213,17): Error: Operation error.

Also, I want to know How to erase the board?
