CC2530: Flash hex file Not working

Hi,

I have been trying to flash my CC2530 by setting things up like the below images. However, when I flash the image, the program doesn't seem to run (or rather doesn't seem to be flashed into the device). How can I fix this?

If you download and debug GenericApp from IAR, does it work?
