As this post states: e2e.ti.com/.../767774 the R versions have been updated. The P versions will be updated in Q2.

The x in CC26x2 means any number that gives a valid product number. (Both CC2642R and CC2652R)

when the Revision E SoC's will be available to purchase for cc2652 and cc1352P?

If you go to store .ti.com and search for CC1352P you will see that you can order launchpads (with rev C at the moment). Or you can start development on a CC1352R and add the 20 dBm PA to the code at a later stage.
