RTOS/LAUNCHXL-CC2650: how to get the CC2650's unique chip ID ?

Do you mean to read IEEE/MAC address of CC2650?

i want the unique chip ID like the STM32(Fixed, non-erasable, non-rewritable, unique)

I am not sure about this Unique device ID but I know each CC2650 contain an unique 8-bytes IEEE/MAC address and an unique 6-bytes BLE address which can be access by the following pointer

(uint8_t *)&(__ccfg.CCFG_IEEE_MAC_0) //the pointer for 8-bytes IEEE/MAC address

(uint8_t *)&(__ccfg.SET_CCFG_IEEE_BLE_0) //6-bytes BLE address

I run private protocols (no BLE and others)on the chip,can i use the IEEE /MAC address or BLE address?

You still can use those IEEE /MAC address and BLE address even you use private protocols.
