CC2538: IAR Conditional statement problem

Hello,

I am using Z-Stack 3.0 with CC2538 and in this while debugging i can see that the If and else both statements are being executed, you can check that in the attached GIF.

I dont understand how, can anyone help me this problem.

I suppose that’s due to optimization level. Try to set optimization level to medium or low to test again.

Check the debugger's Watch window to verify that the variable is actually being manipulated by both conditions, otherwise as YK said this is an optimization issue and you would need to consult IAR for further support.
