CC2538: Get time in milliseconds from OSAL timer in Zigbee

Hello,

For more accuracy i need time in milliseconds from OSAL, but referring to OSAL functions i didn't got any function that will return time in milliseconds.

osal_getClock() returns time in seconds, how can i get time in milliseconds?
