CC2530: Commands are discarded when sending commands to multiple end devices

Part Number: CC2530

12 ZigBee devices connected to the ZigBee coordinator.
Each works normally.
When the ZigBee Coordinator sends data to 12 end devices, only 6 will be received and the rest will be discarded.
Are there any considerations when sending commands from multiple coordinators to multiple end devices?

1. Do I have to delay when sending commands to each end device?
2. Do I need to increase the size of the network buffer used by AF_DataRequest ()? So how can you increase the size of the network buffer?

This depends on device polling rate. I would suggest you to send message to one device with APS ack enable and send message to next device only when you get APS ack or wait a predefined timeout that is larger than device polling rate.

To a certain extent, you can increase the network buffer size.
