Hi I am working on a ZigBee project. I am new to this technology working on Silicon labs EFR32 chips. As recommended by my client, I have purchased TI CC2531 USB dongle to monitor the ZigBee packets traffic. I have installed TI SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2 from <<www.ti.com/.../PACKET-SNIFFER
When I inserted the USB dongle the USB dongle driver did not get installed ( shown with yellow exclamatory icon)
I used the driver files provided in link <<e2e.ti.com/.../303448>>.
But did not help. Can you provide drivers for Windows10 64bit.
Is SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2 GUI alone sufficient to monitor the packets or any other s/w needs to be installed along with it (like wireshark).
Please note my sniffer2 installation doesnot not have any drivers in the installation directory.
Please help.
