Hey Aries,

Although feasible with the CC2652R, TI has not yet developed a software solution that supports coexistence with Zigbee and WiFi.

How to avoid the interference between zigbee and WIFI when they are set in a same system? I hope that they can detect each other's RF wave by using CCA or CSMA/CA.

If they are in the same system, you might be able to know which channel used by WiFi and you can select Zigbee channel accordingly to avoid interference.

Zigbee Specification and Wi-Fi networks both use the CSMA/CA mechanism.
