We have 4 networks in different channels at a site and we have this issue that has occurred recently.
In one of our networks, the coordinator sent out messages and we receive a data confirm with status 0 (success). But there were no subsequent incoming messages or acknowledgements. For every subsequent transaction, the coordinator always returned a data confirm with status 0. Our router nodes all are programmed to send periodic reports every 5 minutes, but none of those reports were received. Every network has around 90-100 router nodes, and none of those periodic reports were received. When the coordinator was reset, the network began to function correctly. What could be the cause of this?
This network is currently running on ZStack 2.
