I use MCU to send commands to cc2530.
At first it works very stable.
After a while, I pulled out the source to test its stability.
On the coordinator, it's still setting up a normal network.
On the router, it happens to stop sending commands, it only sends out all Startup or scan network (0x02) commands to stop.
I have to how to fix it.

I turn off , then turn on, setup process restart . I see Ubiqua, Router Request (0x00) Leave Network or Although the router is reset and re-setup, PANID is still unchanged. I look at it joining into the coordinator on ubiqua: it only shows [12: 01: 15.041989] Mgmt Permit Joining Req: 180, then I send the data and get back to 0xCD in status AF_DATA_CONFIRM

Can you provide sniffer log and elaborate your issue using sniffer log?

This is my log. There are several issues that have occurred as follows:
1. Although on ubiqua has appeared as a Successful Assciation Response, my router did not join the network later, one status: Leave Network from Coordinator (0x00). and the router continues to try to scan & join network.
2. When you successfully join the network: I have 3 routers and 1 coordinator, I just want to send data from the router to the coordinator but it happens the router sends data to the router, and the same router sent to the coordinator, it's messy.

This command sends both router and coordinator and leads to it sending data to each other.

3. although the time of sending data is received on ubiqua very fast,
but using a microchip attached to the cc2530 to collect data, each data reception on the microchip's RX port is ~ 5s, while every 500ms t send an af_data_request command. How to improve data delivery speed for more real-time monitoring?

How far is it between your sniffer and coordinator/device sniffed?

The coordinator and cc2531 sniffer are together and about 30 meters from 3 routers
I used 2DBi antena for cc2530 + cc2591 module

Can you try to put them close to each other and try again to see if the router can join without problem?

it has no problem joining join network, I have no permit request for it.
but I have a problem although I send data once every 1s, on ubiqua I also get its data immediately, but on the coordinator I use 1 microchip to get that data to the server, data coming is ~ 2s / 1 times

I put coordinator and router side by side, I send the router the data to cooridnator, I see RSSI on ubiqua is -25dBm. Although my HW is cc2530 + cc2591 + 2dbi antenna. Is txPower a problem?

It looks signal is not good enough if you are using CC2591 with a good antenna. Do you define HAL_PA_LNA in your project to enable CC2591?

Yes, I have defined HAL_PA_LNA and setTxPower. I put them side by side and pertest RSSI: -38dBm

RSSI is too low in this value if they are side by side doing PER test. I would suggest you to check your HW/RF first.

if only define HAL_PA_LNA, then cc2530 + cc2591 + antena is the value of RSSI when pertest ( they are side by side) is correct?

I have done sending data with 50 bytes / 100ms. Initially it works stably. but then af_data_request only returns 1 value (AF_DATA_REQUEST_SRSP) although it always returns 2 values AF_DATA_CONFIRM but according to the document, I do not get it, I have found on the forum that one of the people has failed but I don't see his problem solved in that article.

According to your descriptions on RSSI of PER test, I suspect there’s something wrong with your HW/RF design. I suggest you to fix it first.

I have one thing to ask is: can the zigbee network meet the requirement that I can transmit 1k bytes of data continuously, this data I fragmented into 10 times sent every 100ms, transmit unicast, from 50 node router to one cooridnator?

yes, transmit from 50 router to one coordinator realtime with 1000 byte. if zigbee network can not transmit with unicast, Can zigbee network transfer in any other way?

There will be too many messages sent over the air if you have all 50 routers sending 1k bytes data at the same time. You should send messages from routers one by one.

I tested them, they could be sent, but after a while they would be dis, I doubt the hardware, I have replaced the PCB antenna with a SMA, pertest antenna with a distance of 100 cm between them, RSSI is -35dBi.
This RSSI -35dBi is good?

I tried other hardware with two cc2530 + cc2592 devices
pertest two HW is -25dBm between them and distance of them is 100CM,
but there was one problem:
- When I test at my home, it works very stable.
- When I use it at workspace with wifi and powerful 2.4GHz frequency, it cannot open network APP_CNF_BDB_START_COMMISSIONING (0x2F05) (0x04)
it CHANGE_IND to 0x08 and stop immediately.
How can I solve this problem?
In a space, does Wifi and ZIgbee conflict with each other?

Yes, WiFi and Zigbee might conflict each other. You can use tool to scan WiFi channel and change Zigbee channel accordingly to avoid interference.

I changed the hardware, per test 2 device, Average RSSI is -19.
So the hardware is stable?

How far between two PER test devices when you get -19dbm? By the way, I suggest you to change Zigbee channel to another one which is less interference from WiFi to test commissioning again.

distance between two device is 100 cm. I used channel 26, and I changed Zigbee channel to another one with wifi. and i used pcb anten: https://www.autocorerobotica.com.br/antena-pcb-wifi-24ghz

Hi,

It seems only the router with IEEE address 00:12:4B:00:1B:DC:BF:3C is having issues. Do you see similar issues with the other routers?

Is this also a CC2530?
If yes, does it run the same firmware image as the other routers (with short addresses 0x3F01, 0x63F4)?
If it does not run the same firmware image as the other routers, please flash it with the same firmware image to see if the behavior is the same.

If a router has joined a network, then powers off/on, it does not need to re-do the association process, as the relevant NV parameters would be restored (NV_RESTORE enabled by default).
