CC2530: End Device can not join network

Hi

My customer runs HA 1.2.2 in a environment less other ZigBee network around.

Device A is a End device(door lock), IEEE: 29:02:5d:5c:9d:ee:18:1d, Device B is a coordinator. PANID: 0xf421. Device A request join network through Device B, no ACK from device B.

When the issue shows it has been tested that:

1. Try to add a router device into network. Router can join network successfully

2. Try to add issue end device into network through step 1 router. Issue end device failed to join network.

3. Try to add issue end device into other coordinator(other network). End device can join network successfully.

Sniffer log for Join fail and successful are attached.

Can you please suggest possible reason for this issue and debug method?
