CC2652RB: What is main Difference between CC2652RB, CC2592 (ACTIVE) & CC2538.

I suppose your are asking CC2652R instead of CC2652RB.

3.CC2652R is more powerful and power saving than CC2538. For latest Z-Stack, it only supports CC2652R instead of CC2538.

I have just look over the CC2652R specifications. 

CC2562R & CC2562RB both are the multi standard chips ( i.e. supports multiple protocols). so what Is difference  between them?

Also I need to implement both Wifi & Zigbee stack over the device. They must be run concurrently.

which device is better to go for replacing the CC2538 with that.

TI hasn't provide Z-Stack support on CC2652RB yet and TI doesn't provide SOC that can run Wifi & Zigbee stack on the same device. For now, I would suggest you to use CC2652R to replace CC2538.

I have read the CC2562R specification carefully,

I found that TI clearly mentioned that,

The flexible radio in the CC2652R enables concurrent time-multiplexed multi-protocol operation through the Dynamic Multi-Protocol Manager (DMM) driver.

I am not getting if chip supports the multiple protocols. even ti's mentioned it in the specification.

will you please help me understand this?..

CC2652RB does support DMM like CC2652R but TI has not yet released DMM example on CC2652RB for now. That's why I suggested you to stick to CC2652R for now.

The chip support multiprotocol but it doesn't support WiFi. We don't have a chip that supports both WiFi and Zigbee.

You should look into using a chip in the CC32x family for WiFi together with CC2652R for Zigbee/ BLE. 

CC2652RB is a version of CC2652R with built-in 48 MHz BAW oscillator.

Not sure why you have added C2592 in the heading since this is a range extender. .  

Actually our use case is,

1. we have some devices like power socket we are getting some power supply related parameters from them & storing them to memory,

after pre-defined interval we are sending those data to server.

But that data so large that it consumes network traffic for long time duration. 

So we are thinking that we if possible we can send data over wifi network.

even though it is act as a back up to zigbee network. when zigbee network doesn't work we can operate that device using wifi.

2. We are facing some major problems in CC2538 just like, SRSP time out cond error while sending multiple commands @50 msec interval & does not support SPI.

we are looking for farster & more efficient replacement to CC2538 device.

CC1352R is dual band chip which supports sub GHz and 2.4G Zigbee/Bluetooth. CC2652R and CC2538 are 2.4G chip only.

It depends on how you define compatible. They are not pin compatible if that is what you ask. 

It is not pin-to-pin compatible.

I means to say..

Is it compatible with the same zigbee functionality (like ON/OFF/OTA) as on the CC2538 device?..

When you run the same Zigbee profile, it is compatible.
