RTOS/CC2630: Switching time of setting from RCOSC_LF to XOSC_LF at CC26x0..

Hello,

    I cannot find any timing information in the datasheet for the crystal startup time.  Can you confirm that you are using revision 'D' silicon?  There is an errata associated with earlier versions but this is related to the RCOSC_LF, so it may not be relevant.  

    If the external crystal is taking too long to start up, then please confirm that good layout and design practices are followed:

Crystal should be close to the MCU

Load capacitors should match crystal

remove any flux or residue on crystal after PCB assembly.

In addition, how do they measure the switch time?

I think that should be revD silicon, since revD manufactured since Feb and they recently bought the devices.

I am checking how they measure the switching time, but I think they may measured using a GPIO pin set and clear.
