Dear all.

One customer meet a technical problem when using CC2530 to join the CC2530 gateway.

customer's switch and light all have met this problem.

when the router is goes to transport key, but can't send Devicennounce.

After reprogramming the router device, the issued product became ok to joint the network.

Attached the sniffer log.

Do you have any comments for the problems

Which Z-Stack version do you run on CC2530 switch/light and how about gateway?

Hi Michael,

The joining device appears to be using a network key not transported by the ZNP/ZC. As you can see in the sniffer log, all packets from the joining device are shown as encrypted even though the network key is provided for the sniffer. This could be a NV issue, as you stated reprogramming the devices resolves the issue. Along with providing what YK asked for please state what changes or routines are performed to create the issue.

Thanks for tracking, customer have urgency project, the issue is pending, I will track and update the issue when they came back to the problem.
