Hello, we use the chip cc2538 in our board. And the board have 3 isolated power supply, because we use the isolated RS485 and isolated SPI port.
If we supply all the 3 isolated power supply in our board, the chip always crashed. And in this time, the current of power supply of the CC2538 chip will jump form 22mA to 80mA. We must remove the other power supply , and restart the power supply of the CC2538, then the cc2538 can work. And if we supply not all the 3 power supply, the chip can work well.
How we can solve it? In our opinion, the chip is latched?
