Hi,

I want to check how end node device status, how can I check it?

Is there any possibility to Ping end device from controller/Gateway.

You can use zcl_SendRead to read any attribute read to your ZED's basic cluster, such as ZCL_CLUSTER_ID_GEN_BASIC/ATTRID_BASIC_HW_VERSION as pin signal.

Keep in mind along with YK's advice that the ZC will only send the message to the ZED after receiving a Data Request (via POLL_RATE) unless the ZED's RFD_RCVC_ALWAYS_ON is TRUE, in which case it is not a sleepy device.
