CC2530: how to get code or read iar file

i have a chip with a cc2530(it is a rc for drone) - and the update file sent to the cc2530 is in that format.

The firmware of cc2530 is usually in hex or binary format. Never heard of IAR format.  Even if it is a firmware file,  you can not reverse engineer it .

again - i want to understand what this file is - and how do i fetch either the fs or reverse it?

IAR is an IDE for developing SW for CC2530. However, I don’t know what is your .iar file. If you don’t even know where is this .iar file from, there’s no clue to help further.
