CC2650: Over-The-Air Upgrade (OTA) support for CC2650 running Contiki OS: 6LoWPAN; 2.4 GHz

There’s no Contiki OTA reference design for CC2650. However, you can refer to simple_peripheral off-chip OAD example to implement Contiki OTA by yourself.

For CC2650 BLE OAD, I think you might refer to sensortag example under C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_03_08\examples\cc2650stk\sensortag if you download and install latest CC2650 BLE Stack 2.2.3.
