The network needs to be open in order to permit joining, this can be enabled by routing devices (ZC/ZRs) already in the network. You should also make sure that your router is scanning the correct channel. There could be TC link key join issues depending on the stack version you are using and existing network settings. Please further describe your environment and provide a sniffer log if you continue to experience joining issues.

I'm using digi Xbee S2C (zigbee pro) as a coordinator. And yes router is scanning the correct channel which is ch-11. When I use the default setting where coordinator picks a random PAN ID and router scan for available PANs, it works fine. While I fixed extended PAN ID in the coordinator and pass the same ID to the router then router didn't join the network.
Don't copy the extended PAN ID of the coordinator into zgApsUseExtended, use the PAN ID randomly chosen by the coordinator as the ZDAPP_CONFIG_PAN_ID in f8wConfig.cfg. The clean and rebuild your project.

Hi,
Thank you Ryan. This worked for me as I made multiple routers to join network of a single coordinator.
But there is a question why ca't I fix extended PanID of the coordinator to use multiple coordinators and create multiple networks. So I can specify an area of network and want that it's coordinator never change it's PANID.
