Hi TI:
I bought 4 pieces if cc2652 launchxl 1 years ago, I remembered cc2652 was not in active state(should be preview state) at that time.
And recently I have a zigbee project, so I need to run some examples and packet sniffer2 to evaluate.
But today I didn't works smoothly for packet sniffer2.
First, I plug my 2652lp into my laptop's USB, but sniffer agent always find no device( my packet sniffer is v1.7 with wireshark2.6)
So I refer following
and I found there are only COMx in my device manager, no "xds110 class" device, so I try to install a xds driver as following link, then I can got same devices as above link, but the packet sniffer still find no device.

So I refer following article and change to packet sniffer2 v1.5.0 with wireshark 2.4
But packet agent still find no device, then I still follow this article, use flash programmer2 v1.8.1 to find cc2652 revision, but the flash programmer update the xds firmware fail, then my 2652 launchpad
green LED doesn't turn on anymore, and my computer can't detect the board anymore.
Sorry I tried many unsure solution then I think my lauchpad xds firmware should be gone.
My first question is, how can I repair my 2652-launchpad? Could I send the board to my local TI company to repair( I am in Taiwan)
Second question, is there any version of packet sniffer 2 compatible my "1 years old" 2652 launchPad?
All I want is I can use 2652lp to sniff ti zigbee example's packets, thank you very much.
