How to setup the wireshark for sniffer network key to be able to see correct value?

If using a pre-defined default network key then add it to Wireshark's Zigbee pre-configured key preferences, otherwise you will need to add the global TC Link Key and sniff during commissioning to pick up the randomized network key.
