LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Zigbee generic configuration

Hi,

I have been testing the launchpad and Zigbee configuration the past weeks. I have done switch and light example and It work flawless. I moved on to do generic app example but didn't quite understand it.
I wonder if there is another guide on how to configure zigbee for router and end device.

I want to try to build and configure Zigbee as ZR (or ZC) and ZED (I have 2 launchpads). I want to read from my AC/DC sensor through ZED and send it to ZC.

I have difficulties understanding on how to configure Zigbee, I think it will take time but I would appreciate any guides, tips and examples that push me in the correct path.

Hi,

The SimpleLink Academies link that YK has provided is a great start.

I would also recommend studying more into the light/switch. For example, how the light device handles on/off/toggle commands.

The cluster which seems to fit most with your application would be electrical measurement (cluster ID 0x0B04, ZCL_CLUSTER_ID_MS_ELECTRICAL_MEASUREMENT).
