Hi TI Team,

I was trying to program a cc2538 chip from a XDS100 debugger. But, always say:

"The program cant start because FRD2XX.dll is missing from your computer."

Re install flash programmer multiple times but same result.

Which Flash Programmer 2 version do you use? Do you try to do mass erase on TI CC2538DK or your own custom CC2538 board?

I don't have problem to do mass erase to my TI CC2538DK with Flash Programmer 2 version 1.18.1. Do you use TI CC2538DK or your own custom CC2538 board?

Do you use cJtag or Jtag for your debugger connection? You can also use Uniflash to do flash erase.

I was using cJTAG in Fkash origrammer.

Uniflash also cannot mass erase:

Error connecting to the target: (Error -717 @ 0x0) Required dynamic library jscserdesv3 could not be located. The library isn't on the search path. (Emulation package 8.3.0.00003)

Hi Walter,

Are you able to erase/program with IAR? If not yet installed then I would recommend you do so or downloading the latest XDS Emulation Software Package: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/XDS_Emulation_Software_Package

ftd2xx.dll should be installed under C:/Windows/System32 if you are using a Windows PC.

I installed, but still same problem for flashg programmer 2.

I use the online uniflash but log is like this:
