Hi TI Team,

I began hesitating zigbee packet sniffing using wireshark as I am having trouble understanding packets. There is no warning if it was decrypted properly or not.

So i have tried today the Ubiqua Packet Analyzer and with this I was able to make sure that the packets were not properly decrypted as it shows on the warning. Please see below image.

Do you sniff the device association process including network key exchange to get network key?

Hi YK Chen,

No I haven't done that. I have only based the Zigbee Key from the Sysconfig of ZStack. Will it be alright? Please see below highlighted part for the Zigbee key that I have used.

TC link key isn’t enough to decrypt sniffer log if you don’t include association and network key exchange.

I have now finally solved the problem. What I did was start the Ubiqua Packet analyzer and then start then restart the provisioning process of the Zigbee End Device.

It seems to be that this has to be done in orderly manner.
