TI doesn't provide stack source code for application developer.

When run the macLowLevelBufferInit() in mac_low_level.c ,the cpu don't return ,then goto Error_policyMin 0f function

Based on your previous E2E posts, you have been attempting to add 15.4-Stack code into an empty project. I would recommend that you develop on top of a 15.4-Stack example instead. You should at least be closely referencing the application folder of example 15.4-Stack projects to understand how the application task is configured (i.e. main.c)
