I am customizing the generic_app project from the simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_3_40_00_02, but which is the better place for the native code of my application?

Hi albgarc,

You can modify the zcl_genericapp[_data].c/.h files directly or add and link your own inside the Application folder of the imported project. Otherwise, please specify what you are looking for.
