What would be the cause in-network if my sent data is not getting acknowledged by end node?

If the ZED is in sleeping and doesn’t wake up to polling data, it won’t receive message to do ACK. I would suggest you to use sniffer to check what happens over the air.

ZED does not in Sleep mode because it sends data.

ZED only wakes up when it sends data unless it is RX always on device. It needs to do polling to receive data from its parent node so please use sniffer to check it first. If possible, please attach your sniffer log so we can know what happens.
