CC2530: CC2530 Seems to join coordinator but get's disconnected after a few seconds

What is the short address of your end device? Is it 0xE5AB? It seems that your coordinator is not TI based solution. Are you sure you run the same Zigbee profile and security settings for both coordinator and end device? Please elaborate your test setup including all of HW and SW first.

Yes, the short address is 0xE5AB and the coordinator is XBee 3 PRO. Profile id is the same on both (0x02 - PRO). About security i shall check better then i'll come back to you.

So, my system is:

- My custom PCB device with CC2530 + inputs & outputs HW drivers, firmware is a modified version of SampleSwitch Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.44539, Router EB.

- Coordinator is XBee 3 on a Raspberry Pi3 A+ , with OpenHab

I agree with YK, if the XBee 3 requires a TC Link Key update then the CC2530 Z-Stack HA 1.2.2a will be incompatible with the Zigbee network.  Please consider using Z-Stack 3.0.2 if you want the CC2530 device to join properly.

I am missing something?

I have a previous PCB which I used to testing, and I was connecting to a TI coordinator, my SampleSwitch project with 8 endpoints. It was difficult for me to setup those 8 endpoints, so I would like to make it work with actual zstack version, going for 3.0.2 it's too complex now, I tried already.

You are not missing anything, Z-Stack HA 1.2.2a simply does not include the TC Link Key Update procedure: https://www.ti.com/lit/swra615

Oh.... so you say i have to upgrade to Z-Stack 3 ? Is there any easy way? Or I just install version3 and modify files like i did for current project?

You will need to install Z-Stack 3.0.2 and port your application accordingly.  You can refer to the Developer's Guide along with other documentation and post questions to this forum if you encounter any difficulties.

Here I'm back, i managed to port my application to ZStack 3.0.2.

So I still have joining problem, this time a bit different: I see association successfull then i see Access Denied ....
