ECC Library for ZStack-EXP5438-2.4.0-1.4.0

Hello,

I'm using the ZStack-EXP5438-2.4.0-1.4.0 for the Smart Energy device. Should I need to get the ECC library from Certicom Corp?

Currently I got the  CA Pub Key, Device Implicit Cert, Device Private Key and  Device Public Key from Certicom..
