Hello, I am currently using CC2530 ZNP (3.0.2), because there are some issues, so I want to turn off the zigbee CSMA/CA mechanism, but I don’t know how to turn it off or how to modify those parameters.

You cannot turn of CSMA/CA but you can try to change CCA_THR and CCA_THR_HGM defines in mac_radio_defs.h to increase/decrease the threshold.

Higher numbers represent increase or decrease the threshold ?

Higher number means increasing threashold.
