CC2538: ZC-CC2538 has no zcl data(one of ZEDS) USB to WIFI.

Hi TI team

I had encountered a problem:ZC has 9 devices and work fine.

But some time one of them seem lost it status on APP,

But from the wireshark log,it work fine,ZC has a mac ack and capture a zcl data.

But seem that has no any data to wifi chip by usb.

this phenomenon is not on all devices.just one of them.

and seem that a random case.

Hi userjiabo,

You will need to further debug your ZC to determine the cause of miscommunication to the WiFi processor if the ZED is still operating inside the network.

I had debugged about it,But seem that has no any way to try to find it.

#define END_DEV_TIMEOUT_VALUE 8

related to these parmeters.

If the USB code had a problem, just one of them can not be sent to WIFI,

no all devices.

this is let me very confused.

If you can access MT Commands then what is the return status of UTIL_GET_DEVICE_INFO and UTIL_ASSOC_* commands? Is the ZNP ZC still aware of the device in its association table?

I done a action,power cycle the Hub(ZC-CC2538 and WIFI chip),found the lost its status on APP it can return it,both log can capture its rejoin process and show online on APP,it also can be controlled by app.

result: run Few days, the battery end device seem that has no zcl data to CC2538 application layer and to WIFI/APP.

these parameter can make the battery device can no leave after the child device management. forever?

Does the ZED not appear in the ZC's association table? Does the ZED ever provide a Data Request and then the ZC send a Leave command to the ZED after the ZCL data comes over-the-air? Have you debugged the CC2538 during reception of the ZCL data from the CC2652R? I highly recommend sending a poll at some interval to avoid a child being aged out of the network.

from the ubiqua or wireshark log,ZC can send mac ack,and capture the zcl data.but has no capture what you said the ZC send a leave command to ZED.

Now run with the wifi ,had no any debugg CC2538.

you mean that send a command to ask the ZED online or offline.

Does the ZED ever send a Data Request in your sniffer capture? You must debug the CC2538 to find out why the ZCL data is not passed to the WiFi processor after being received.

If the ZC is acknowledging ZED Data Requests then I don't think it has been removed from the association table or network. This is further indicated by the power cycle behavior previously described. You can run a debug session from the start or try to debug a running target.

I can use another way to solve this.

the way:when ZC has no receive zcl data from the ZED on ZC application layer,ZC sent a zcl data ack to ZED,and then ZED reboot or rejoin.

use the API[ZDP_IEEEAddrReq( nwkAddr, ZDP_ADDR_REQTYPE_SINGLE, 0, 0 );]

But this is auto answer.

had another API to solve it,no mac layer ack or nwk layer.
