CC2530: Operating the RF amplifier

Hi,

I have a Telit ZE61 module which have been discontinued now.

The module has a CC2530 processor and an RF front end.

I have looked at the documentation but cannot find what device has been used for the RF front end

I know the LNA control is on P1_2 and PA control is on P1_3

Would anyone know what has been used in the ZE61 front end

TI does not have the knowledge of what has been used in a 3. party module. You have to contact Telit for support of this module.

According to www.ti.com/.../swra439.pdf, I would guess it uses SE2431L.

Hi,

In case anyone is interested the ZE61 has a CC2591 range extender front end in it.

RXTX is not connected

HGM is connected to VDD

EN is connected to Pin P1_2

PAEN is connected to Pin P1_3 on the CC2530
