CC2652P: cc2652P Reference design for 2.4Ghz +10dbm and+20 dbm Operation

Hello,

I am working on design using cc2652P. which we want to use for +20 dbm as well as +10 dbm (coin cell operation).But there are 2 different reference circuit available with slight variation in Inductor and capacitor values, which one to choose.

1) LAUNCHXL-CC1352P-2_SCHEMATIC - Biasing - VDDS

2) Optimizing the CC1352P and CC2652P for Coin Cell Operation at 10 dBm Output Power - Biasing -VDDR

You can't get both optimized for +10 dBm and +20 dBm on he same design since the former bias the PA using VDDR, the latter uses VDDS.

You mean to say If I use VDDR Bias, i can not get +20 dbm output ?

Biasing the high output PA with VDDR is to give effective 10 dBm. In this mode the maximum output power will be around 11 dBm. Meaning that you can't combine the low power consumption 10 dBm mode with 20 dBm out.
