I following "Example Message Sequence Chartjoin" to join network created zigbee2mqtt but not pair. Can you help me? Thank you so much.

I would suggest you to use sniffer to check what happens over the air.

I suggest you ask this question on the Zigbee2mqtt discourse group since they are more involved with this solution than TI, perhpas Koen Kanters could also provide some assistance since he assists in the development of this software.
