Short description: LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 Defective board (Case No.: CS0293727)

I got two boards of LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 and one of them is dead.
I had open first box and try to flash it, but uniflash is not able to detect it. I had open second one, and it has no problem.
Both has two leds on XDS110: red and green. On the first (defective) board, only the red LED was lit on the second the green.
xdsdfu is not able detect first board.

For the defective board, can you see any virtual COM port be simulated by it when you connect it to your Desktop? By the way, if you connect it to desktop and start Flash Programmer 2 or Uniflash, can they recognize the board?

I can not see any virtual COM port by simulated by it when i connec it to my desktop. I ordered two borards and second one is working well, I can see the virtual COM ports and Uniflash can recognize it. Deffected one is not recognized on same USB port :(

If so, I agree the board is defective. I would suggest you to ask for replacement.

The behavior you are describing does indicate a faulty board. I see you have a Customer Support case number so you should receive a follow up email from them soon about getting a refund or replacement.
