LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Device could not be detected even if it's powered

Hello,

We have recently purchased multiple LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 Launchpad Dev Kit and noticed that some of them are not being detected by the computer where we have the SmartRF Studio is installed. Some of the devices seems to work fine, while some are not detected, though it seems to be powered on when connected via USB port. Are there any settings needed to be switched or we have to send these faulty devices to TI for replacement?

If you use Flash Programmer 2 to test those faulty boards, can those board be recognized by Flash Programmer 2 and do you see any LED turned ON on those boards?

The boards can not be recognized by the Flash Programmer 2, but the green LED turned ON on the suspected faulty boards. The good boards can be recognized on both the Flash Programmer 2 and Studio 7 software.

I did. The green LED light turns ON but it can't be detected by the laptop I'm using. I checked the Device Manager, but it's not there.

Turns out that I just have to restart the laptop I'm using in order to detect the devices. Unsure what happened there, but that resolved my issue. Thanks to YiKai and Christin for the help.
